Services Provided 

House Checks: As the foundation of the services we provide, we will check your house/property twice weekly. Included in the house check portion of our service, we will insure that all mechanical systems are intact and operating properly and that fuel levels for heating systems are adequate. Secondly, physical security including windows and doors will be checked and condition of roof, gutters, window wells, interior/exterior moisture and water entry and any other potentially damaging conditions will be monitored. An additional thorough walk-through will occur in the event of major storms, both before and after, to insure your house is prepared for the storm in advance, and weathered the storm after. Minor issues such as clock and alarm resets, thermostat adjustments, running faucet valves and the like will be performed during basic home checks.

 Alarm Response: We will be there to answer distress calls from the alarm company. Whether it be responding to a water detector alarm, fire alarm, low/high heat alarm to a burglary alarm, we will be on our way. This service is important because responding emergency service providers require entry to your house to determine if it is a false alarm or a real emergency. In the event of a real alarm situation, you can rest assured that you will have a representative to give you up-to-the-minute updates on the status. All alarm responses will be followed with an email containing the nature of the alarm and the corrective action necessary. Emergency responders will be escorted through the property from beginning to end so your home is protected and no inadvertent damage occurs

Automobile Service: We can get your car to the dealership or mechanic to take care of everything from the inspection stickers to extensive repairs. The goal of this service is for you to enjoy your time and not have to waste time waiting for repairs or living without reliable transportation.

Contractor Oversight / Owner Representation: Do you have a construction project or major upgrade to improve or repair your home? Let us handle the stress and provide you with the trusted service of oversight and security of knowing that no corners are being cut and deadlines are being met. We provide progress reports with photos and we will pare down the inevitable issues that need to be addressed so that your project does not become a hassle. We deal with minor troubleshooting as it arises so that only the fun part of making design and style choices is left to you.
